All returned products must have an RMA number and packing back to IDD must be clearly identified with this RMA number.

and include the following information in the body of your email or if you call:

  • Customer Part Number

  • PO Number

  • Quantity

  • Data Unit was Received

  • Serial Number (SN: XXX)

  • Description of non-conformance/return
