TITLE: Inspector II
DEPT/REQ: Operations/374
SHIFT: 2
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Will be responsible for performing inspections on in-process parts, subassemblies and assemblies and final inspections and tests on finished products. Will prepare inspection and test records as determined from customer requirements. Will also prepare non-conformance tags and engineering change requests as required and prepare shipping documentation upon completion of final inspection.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years broad electro-mechanical inspection experience to include the ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings. Experience in inspecting soldered parts for IDC-J-STD-00-1 and/or lighting preferred.

TITLE: Finisher I (3 openings)
DEPT/REQ: Operations/369,370,371
SHIFT: 2
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Perform basic practices to apply finish coatings. Duties include painting, lasing, masking, and touch-up.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum 6 months related experience to include basic blueprint reading skills, use of Exacto blades, and some painting experience. Must be able to work with chemicals and wear a respirator.

TITLE: Senior Mechanical Engineer
DEPT/REQ: Engineering
SHIFT: 1
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Include the following:

· Conceptual and detailed designs that meet our customer requirements
· Work with multiple engineering disciplines as part of a cross-functional team.
· Develop innovative design concepts and technology improvements
· Evaluate designs for functionality, manufacturability, structural, thermal, and EMI effectiveness
· Ownership of the mechanical design from concept through production release.
· Research new applications, vendors and technologies
· Perform verification and validation tests and analysis of designs

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years related experience. A lighting or optics background along with key and switch design experience is preferred. Strong verbal/written communication skills as well as CAD solid modeling skills are required with a strong preference given to those with Solid Works experience. Must have the ability to effectively work in a team atmosphere, interacting with both internal and external customers.

TITLE: Machine Operator I
DEPT/REQ: Operations/367
SHIFT: 1
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Sets up and operates basic shop tools & equipment such as pin router, drill press, manual milling, surface grinder & CNC machinery, producing machined parts within acceptable quality and job time standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year previous machine shop experience. Must have excellent shop math, blue print reading skills, the ability to use common shop tools such as calipers, micrometers, drill press and sanders. Ability to lift 30 pounds.

TITLE: Machine Operator II (2 positions)
DEPT/REQ: Operations/365, 373
SHIFT: 2 & 3
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Sets up and operates basic shop tools & equipment such as pin router, drill press, manual milling, surface grinder & CNC machinery, producing machined parts within acceptable quality and job time standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years previous machine shop experience in operating CNC milling machine. The ability to apply moderately complex procedures requiring judgment to use and adjust varied equipment for processes for the purpose of performing standard, special and diagnostic operations. Must have excellent shop math, blue print reading skills, and knowledge in proper feeds and speeds used in various materials. Ability to lift 30 pounds.

TITLE: Assembler I (3 positions)
DEPT/REQ: Operations/377,378,379
SHIFT: 2
FULL TIME, REGULAR

Duties: Will punch filters, light check, fill plungers, lay lenses, lase and assemble lenses.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year assembly experience. Blueprint reading and the ability to read and understand written instruction as well as good hand-eye coordination also required. Ability to work with small parts and sit for long periods of time.
