At IDD Aerospace Quality permeates every function of our organization and is the foundation of our business. IDD’s dedicated Quality Assurance team oversees and co-manages improvement and Advancement programs in all departments and ensures that programs and initiatives are carried across all functional groups.
We take our commitment to Quality and Continuous Improvement seriously and invest heavily in training. All IDD employees are trained in Root Cause Analysis, CANDO, and CAMP Training and all managers are trained in Six Sigma Lite as a minimum.
